iPod touch Synching iPod Touch with Outlook

Morning all,

New owner of an iPod touch here and could do with a bit of information on how to synch it with my Outlook at work so that my calendar is shared between the two systems.

I gather I'll need to download ActiveSynch, but any help from there would be much appreciated.
