I use my desktop mac pro to buy music on itunes, and I also have a mbp.
Both run 10.6.8.
I noticed that the total number of songs on my desktop music list (not the purchased list or my playlists) when I open itunes is larger than the number of song I see when I open itunes on my mbp.
Is there some easy way to get all of my computers to have the exact same number of songs in the music list when I open itunes on them?
I don't really want to spend hours trying to see which songs are missing from my itunes music lists on each computer or ipad or iphone. I would just like them to all show the same overall content.

yes - go to prefs, the store, make sure music, apps, books are all checked and any device you use under your iTunes user name will be downloaded
