Synching music from Ipod to Iphone (4)

Probably a (very) dumb question but I am a bit paralyzed with Itunes. never know what it is going to do to me...

I got an Ipod and just received my Iphone. I would like to have the same music pieces on both Ipod and Iphone.
For the time being all songs are only in my Ipod.

Anything to worry about when I connect the Iphone to Itunes? What is the easiest way to get these songs on my Iphone?
