Synching music via iTunes

12.5.1 and a 7+

I add new songs to a playlist that is already synching to my 7+

I choose to synch wirelessly and it does not seem to want to transfer the music, I need to actually plug it in to synch it.

1. Anyone know why it will not do this wirelessly?
2. I want to check the songs copied to my 7+ so in iTunes I select the playlist On My Device, though it does not seem to let me sort the columns by name, artist, etc. When I click on the label for each at the top nothing happens. What is the best way to sort songs on a device?

In iOS 10.2 (still in beta) you can sort playlist based on title, added time, and playlist type.

But I do not know why songs are not synced wirelessly. Maybe there is something wrong.
