I've had a look round the net and haven't found anything to help me, so any suggestions would be most welcome....
I have two iTunes libraries. The first is my main library for day to day use (which I use for syncing my iPhone, video, podcasts etc), it has a copy of all of my songs in AAC 192 format. The second has a copy of all of my songs in Apple Lossless format (and nothing else, just the songs). Every album has a unique grouping id, which along with the disc and track number info allows me to match a song in one library to the other.
I maintain all of the song info in the first library (AAC), changing album names, track names, artists, ratings, playlists etc. I need to find a way to take all of that data (ie certain fields from the song entry) from the first library and update the second library with it - so everything is in sync.
Does that make sense?
Does anyone have ideas about how I could go about this or where to start?
