Synchronization of files between MacBook and Windows 2003 Server

Here is my dilemna, if it has been answered before I apologize but have not turned anything up on this..

I will be using my MacBook Pro full time at my office replacing my ThinkPad.. One great feature since I do work at home and travel for work is the Offline Synchronization between Files/Folders.. It alleviates the need to manually copy files/folders and risk overwriting an existing file..

Can anyone steer me in the direction of setting up synchronization on my MacBook Pro.. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance..:)
