synchronization pdf among OSX and IOS

I'm using latest OS X Yosemite on MacBook Pro and latest IOS on iPhone 5s, and I'd like to have the same pdf inside iBooks both Mac and Iphone e.g. if I download pdf on iPhone this document will be available on iBooks of Mac. PDF are third-parted files and I want to use Apple software, avoiding other software as DropBox.
I set all options but I'm not able to solve this question, suggestions please?
