Synchronize safari usernames/passwords between iPhone and iPad?

Is there a way to synchronize all my login information for various sites between my iPhone and iPad?

I would like to see something like this to, like the Firefox Home, but for Safari. You could keep Safari history, passwords, etc synced between Mac/iPhone/iPad.

If you have MobileMe, you can sync the bookmarks wirelessly through that. Without MobileMe, you'd need to use the iTunes settings to sync bookmarks for Safari and then sync the other device.
