Synchronize USB Storage with windows pc

I have a windows 7 pc setup to backup my pictures into the cloud.
For my macbook, I've bought a 3TB external storage drive and now I want to synchronize the drive via the network with my windows pc.

Can anyone advise me (free) software which with I can do this?
