Hi,

I had an ibook that is now in my parents home. Very, very
far away from me. I got a Mac Book Pro a month ago, and I
had not synched my iPhone with it. I just tried to do it and
iTunes told me that the information in my iPhone would be
replaced by the information in the MBP. My iTunes library is
actually empty and I just want to transfer what is in the
iPhone to my empty iTunes library in the computer.

What can I do or how can I do it ?? I also saw that there is the
possibility to encript one's iPhone backup. Should I do that ??

Thank you, kind regards,

Hi,

As I said, I have the iPhone with some information. I see that with iTunes there is a home sharing application. Even if I had the older ibook with me, I don't know how useful it would be as I don't have any music from the apple store. (I don't have much music at all : P !!!). I have also thought on encrypting my iPhone, so the information is secure and it doesn't get lost. I would just like to be able to synch the phone with iTunes, and I don't know how.

Mmmmhh .....

Kind regards,

igmolinav : ) !!!
