Syncin' Apple Photos doesn't work on Mac

Hello, I have Macbook 12 with Catalina, iPad mini 5 and iPhone 6S, all with newest verisons of iOS.

Syncin' Photos from iPad to iPhone - everything is synced in few seconds.

But I cannot sync anything on my Mac - sometimes it is starting (sending...) but after few minutes freezing.

I tried all - to repair library, sign out and sign in, restart...

Does anybody know what to try?

same issue here. Hoping 15.1 is going to fix it. Tried repairing the library, turning iCloud off and on (this worked temporarily). Seen quite a few posts of a similar nature.

I have another iMac I held back from updating and Photos still works as it should on Mojave.

Now it is better after repairing library, some restarts and sign out iCloud
