Syncing 2 folders one in the cloud?

I have a folder (sub folder) on Box a cloud sharing spot. it contains my 3d models I also have one on my hard drive .
Is there a way to keep these two folders in sync? I grow weary of copying back and forth.
Wasn't sure where to place this question. Sorry if I'm in the wrong spot.
