syncing 2 iphones to outlook

Can 2 different iphones sync with the same outlook account?

I have an iphone and my husband is getting one also. Can they both sync to the same outlook account?

Yes I realize Outlook is just software. I just wasn't sure if there would be any conflict with the iphone or itunes syncing 2 different devices to one software application with changes to dates, contacts, etc coming from 2 different devices.
