Syncing Address Book with iWork

Syncing Address Book with Numbers is what i am trying to do. this is for customers and if i update something in address book i would like numbers to update when i open the file. is that possible?

As far as I'm aware it's limited to a drag/drop from Address Book or a VCard (I have several Numbers sheets that use this method).

Have you had a look at Bento?

damn. well i havent though about bento because this is only a small thing im doing - very small. thanks anyways
