Syncing app folders

I have an iPhone and a new iPad 2. When I synced the new iPad, all my iPhone apps showed up on the iPad, which was great, but they seemed to just be randomly thrown onto 6 screens on the iPad. I spent a lot of time organizing all of my apps on the iPhone into folders but the iPad didn't pick up any of that organization.

Is there any way to make the iPad and iPhone have the exact same apps and folder organization, synced automatically?
