syncing apps back to itunes

so i have 2.0 running on my iphone and it is great - i really want to download some paid apps but i'm not sure if they will synch back to my itunes when the official 2.0 is available (i originally synced the iphone to my work computer but i will want to synch to my home mac once i get home). anyone been able to sync back apps to itunes?

you can indeed transfer ur apps from mac to your iphone or vice versa.
