Syncing Apps From iTunes to iPhone 3G S

Anybody having a problem syncing Apps from iTunes to the iPhone 3G S????? iTunes says "Sync Is Complete" but i dont see the App on my iPhone.

I had to sync then reconnect and sync again to get apps on my iphone
