iPod touch syncing apps from two comps

Gday everyone,

I am having trouble syncing my apps on my ipod touch, I have two computers, one at home and one at work each computer has different apps on it. when i try to sync it deletes whats on my ipod and uploads from that computer and when i try on the other comp it also deletes and uploads whats on that comp. so i alwalys end up with only one load of apps. both comps are set to share but i cant get all my apps on my ipod at the one time.

Can someone help please...
