Some movies I download from youtube have audio and video out of sync. Is there any types of video editing software that will help sync the audio with the video?

With quiktime pro you can "save as" the sound of your video as a seperate file... then import you movie in Imovie and import you audio, then you can sync them... I do not know another method or program...
