Syncing between Live Sync/Laptop & iPhone

So this is a sort of a business question.

I have a folder I use on Live Sync between myself and my staff. I am out on the road quite a lot and would find it easier to view these files on my iPhone.

Basically I am looking for a solution to automatically sync the files on my public folder (Live Sync) to my iPhone.

I think there will probably be an app to help with this - just looking for any suggestions.

I am not a huge fan of Idisk.
