Syncing between USB and Mac

Recently moved to A 15'' MBP and still exploring the OS

I still use Windows PC so my 64GB USB is a FAT format. I am looking for a solid app to sync between my USB and laptop. One with a nice interface preferably. Any recommendations?

I use a simple app called Filesync to sync between my Mac and some USB cards. Not tried on anything as big as 64GB but dont see why it wouldn't work. Its free. Hasn't been updated in ages but its working on mavericks.
