Syncing blackberry with pocket mac

Hey good people, I was wondering if someone could quickly help me out.

I would like to know the very basic steps to sync my blackberry with my mac address book using pocketmac.


So from address book from my macbook pro
to my blackberry

When you open pocket mac, there should be a tab for contacts. select sync contacts...there is than option to choose..ie mac address book, entourage..etc..
