Bought my wife an iphone 4S, so now we have a few iOS devices in the house, and I'd like to check on how to handle syncing bookmarks.
For PCs, we use Xmarks, which syncs two laptops and the mac mini to the cloud, and then each user has an account and gets a subset of those bookmarks. Eg we have 'Dad', 'Mum', 'kids' and 'home' bookmark folders. When the kids are logged in they only see the 'kids' folder, Wife sees everything except my folder, and I see everythign. That makes it easy to bookmark things and share info.
But how do we do that on iOS? I have an ipad, the kids have an ipad, the wife has an iphone. All three have separate apple IDs for icloud, and we all have different email addresses. The two ipads share a store login for app downloads.
Key here is being able to access the subsets properly. The Mac mini is on 24/7 as a server in case I need to run some software, I can do it on that.
thanks
