Syncing Calendar with Windows?

I have a Mac and everything works great but a co-worker just got a new iPhone and has Windows, is there a way he can sync his iPhone cal with Google Cal or something?

Syncs with Outlook only at the moment. Or I think there's a third party service to sync with Google, can't remember what it is.
