Syncing Calendars and Contacts to Exchange. Please help!

Just tried doing the above. Mail works fine.

Calendars works. If I enter an app in outlook it pushes to iPhone. But all my stuff already on the iPhone has not pushed to outlook. Is there any way of doing this?

Contacts - same. Will these push from iPhone to outlook? Just entered a new contact on outlook but it hasn't pushed to iPhone.

Any help is much appreciated!
