Syncing calendars with Exchange

Hi all. I have a quick question about syncing my Exchange calendar with my 3G. When you choose to do that, does it import your Outlook calendar to the phone, and nothing else? I mean - will it also transfer my other calendars from my phone to Outlook? Because I really don't want that to happen.

It will not sync your exchange calendars with Outlook, in fact, you can see that in iTunes sync prefs it only shows your Outlook calendars.
