Syncing - Conflict Resolver won't Resolve

Ok, so when I go to sync my iPhone with my Mac, I get the conflict resolver window telling me that there's 3 conflicts. I do the usual thing and select the proper information, tell it to "sync now", and then the same message pops up in 20 seconds telling me that it's got the same 3 conflicts. Anyone know what the deal is here?
