Syncing contacts and ical between 10.6 and 10.7

My work computer is owned by my company and - understandably - they won't be upgrading soon. Probably because a couple of the apps won't run on Lion.

I'd like to have Lion on my home iMac and maybe on my home MBP. However, I'm concerned that the contacts, ical, bookmarks etc won't sync. As I understand it, iCloud only works in Lion (not Snow Leopard). Also, as I understand it, mobileme doesn't work in Lion. Is this possible to sync among my three machines? I also have an iphone and ipad.

I'm a mobileme subscriber, btw.
