Syncing contacts via google

I have been doing this for a while (using google sync). Yesterday, I went to google voice on my pc, I I tried to pull up a contact and it said no contact found ( for the one I was searching for).

Anyone else have an issue with google not syncing all of their contacts from the phone to google voice? And if so, what is the fix?

I just got an iPhone4 and set up my google accounts in iPhone with the Microsoft Exchange instructions (google has instructions on how to set up calendar, email and contacts). I haven't had any issues with contacts not coming through. It all worked flawlessly.

I have been using this for a while now. I just want to know why some contacts are not syncing.
