Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm trying to understand how to sort a work related problem: I use Mail and iCal at work, but connected to an Exchange Server in a PC environment. In both applications I can receive my exchange mail and share my Exchange calendar (using iCal) with colleagues. I've also got "home" iCal accounts. The home iCal appointments sync with my Mac at home, but work ones (that originated in Exchange) aren't visible at home. Likewise my home iCal appointments aren't visible to colleagues at work, resulting in double bookings!
Likewise, my home email syncs perfectly over MobileMe, but I can't read my work email at home because the Exchange mail account doesn't sync.
Is this just a Mac/Exchange problem that I have to live with, or have I set things up wrong...or is there another solution??
