I keep my music library on my laptop as well as backed up on a hard drive connected to my airport extreme. The hard drive is formatted fat as there are other users on the network who run windows. I've had to manually drag and drop new downloads over as I receive them but this is beginning to be a problem as it can be cumbersome to keep up with. I would like to have my computer automatically update the networked hard drive every night. Is there anything that is capable of doing this? I cannot use Time Machine due to the fat partition and I've been unable to find anything else that will accomplish this.

Thanks

There are lots of OS X syncing programs, just not sure which ones support a networked hard drive.

Which ones have you tried? You can probably write a script for rsync and I think they have GUI versions of rsync.
