Syncing from Jailbroken Iphone 3G to a non-jailbroken Iphone 4

Hi all,
I recently got an Iphone 4 which I have yet to activate... my question is, my previous Iphone 3g was jailbroken so many applications in my itunes probably can't be transferred over to the non-jailbroken iphone 4. So when i SYNC the new iphone 4 (that is not jailbroken), will I encounter any problems?
