If I add new music to my iPhone playlist (all the music I want synced to my iPhone, only playlist that gets synced) or add/update an app, it/they do not sync when I plug my iPhone 3G in. It backs up and syncs everything (or says it is) but I don't see a "Syncing (insert app(s)/song(s) here". I have to hit sync again and then it syncs the new material. Anyone else have this happen?
