Syncing Google Calenders with Ical

Im trying to find a way to sycn google calenders with ical so i can then put it on my iphone! Anyone know how to do, there was a way to do it on google but it only works with Leopard and im using Tiger. Thanks for any suggestions!

Is this working for everyone else? I have set up the Google calendar in iCal as described and events that I create locally are transferred to GCal perfectly. However, iCal does not show any events created on Google Calendar.

Do I have to subscribe to the calendar as well to make this happen? I thought CalDav would be two-way sync?
