iPhone Syncing Google contacts in iOS 7. No groups?

I just set up my gmail account to sync contacts using the Google option in iOS 7.

On gmail my contacts are all separated in to groups. On iOS, however, they are all in one group.

Is there a way to get the different groups to sync or is this just the way it is?

It only syncs what's in "My Contacts". Been like that.

Oh ok. I guess I'll just stick with iCloud then.
