Syncing Google with iCal, Address Book, etc.

I've googled, but I can't seem to find a way to sync my iCal with Google and not have the "Delegations" show up on iCal.

I like the way it is now, but with an iPad, iPhone, and MacBook Pro, I'd like them all to be in sync.

What's the best way to sync them without having the "Delegation" tab pop up on ical so it will look like it does now?
