syncing help on jailbroken iphone

when i try to sync itunes warns me it will delete a lot of apps and if i try to disable syncing apps it warns me it will delete all my apps. how do i sync without loosing any apps?

This usually happens iff it's the first time syncing with the said pc

nvm it randomly worked the second time i clicked sync
