Syncing Holy Grail

New user to the forum, so this may have been addressed, if so, direct me. I scoured the internet I don't believe exists , but I need a solution for two-way syncing between Entourage 2008, a google calendar, iCal, and a blackberry bold 9700. I mention iCal, because most resources say the only way google and entourage can communicate is through iCal, but iCal is not necessary. Thanks
