I'm looking for a simple, possibly automated way to sync the contents of my music, documents, etc from my iBook to the My Documents directories on my Windows XP desktop. Can anyone suggest a good solution?

I use ChronoSync to synchronize files and directories between my PowerBook, iMac, and my Dell Desktop @work. It works great. You can schedule tasks or run manual synchronization.

It has a great interface that allows you to do a trial sync and to analyze the contents of both sources. It performs bi-directional and one-way syncs.

I believe it costs $30. The website is http://www.econtechnologies.com/site/index.html.

I have used three sync programs, File Synchronization, Sync X, and now ChronoSync. I defintely think this one is the best.

well if ur desktop has bluetooth . u cn possibly do it with isync

iSync does not do files and directories like this. The only thing you can do with iSync at this point is Address Book, iCal, and Safari bookmarks.
