iPod touch Syncing iCal w/ Ipod Touch Problem

I have no problem syncing with my ipod touch, however, every time I plug my ipod touch in, it asks if I want to add whatever I added on my ipod touch to my computer. Is there a way for them to sync back and forth without me having to click the stupid button okaying it every time?
