Syncing iDevice to iTunes and MobileMe

I have figured out, the hard way mind you, that syncing my iPhone4's Contacts to both my MacBooks AddressBook via iTunes 10.2.1, AND MobileMe creates all kinds of havoc as far as duplicates. I have that sorted out, I only sync the phone's contacts to MM.

Now I'm trying to figure out how best to back up and sync my iPhone4's Notes. I can't figure out which box to check or uncheck where and how. Argggh.
