Hi all, have a friend who has a situation I wasn't sure if it was possible or not. He has two iPhones with different phone numbers, one personal and one for side-gig purposes. He is signed onto the phones with a different AppleID for each phone. Instead of having to carry/check both phones, he would like to have them either a) all sync up, or b) have all messages to phone B received on phone A. The goal is to keep the phone numbers separate, so if someone is messaging to phone B, it should send replies from phone number B and not phone number A (if that makes sense).

Is this possible? I said he needed to be signed onto one AppleID but I am not sure how it will figure out what will or will not work. For example, if I send a message from phone A but intend for it to be sent from phone B's number, is that possible. The alternative I recommended was use a Google Voice number. Thanks for any insight into this problem.
