Syncing IPAD, Iphone, MBP

I want to know if there is a way to make sure my Ical and address book all sync up between my Iphone and my wife's, my ipad, and MBP. Am i going to have to get Mobile Me? or the cloud? Thanks for the help
 
iCloud is the way to easily sync all those devices. It is free for 5GB of storage.
