Syncing Iphone 4 from PC to new MBP

Hey guys, I have two problems.

1) I want to use my iphone has a flash drive to transfer my music to my new MBP from my PC. How do i go about doing this? Is there an app for this which won't mess up my phone? It would be really helpful because I don't have an external hard drive.

2) I wan to sync my iphone to my new MBP from my old PC. How can i do this without losing my contacts/photos/music/videos?

Buy an external drive and transfer everything to your new comp. It's the easiest.
