Syncing iPhone 4S crashes iTunes

Just updated to iOS 5 on my iPhone 4S and when it tries to sync (and gets to step 4 of 8 updating photos) iTunes crashes. Tried to click restore but that causes iTunes to crash as well. Any ideas? Thanks
