Syncing iPhone 4s with iTunes.

Last week I formatted drive C: of my PC & today I tried to Sync my iPhone but iTunes told me that it will erase my data? "before formatting I made iTunes save data on D: drive, if it makes any difference" So is there is anyway I can Sync without losing my data?

You will need to use your backup.

Are you saying that you did a full backup of your iPhone to Drive D:/ ?

After searching around in my PC I think I made a mistake & only photos were synced to the D: drive so now I lost the iTunes data. is there is anyway I can restore it back?

And how about iCloud? can I restore my info from iCloud backup?
