Like it says i have had the iPad for sometime now, yesturday I bought a iPhone and set it all up and sync all my stuff and added some new apps that I added to the phone. Today I added some new pics to my iPad so i did a sync on the same computer to add my new pics and the sync added apps on from my iPhone to the iPad, whats up with that and were is the setting so it does not share apps between the two devises if there is ?

Thanks.

Connect your device to Itunes, click on your device in the left pane, click the apps tab for the device, deselect automatically sync new apps. Do that for both devices. You can now manage (manually) which apps sync to each device.
