Syncing iPhone between Mac and PC.

I have an iPhone 3GS and it was originally synced on a Mac Book Pro, this is fine as it is my work computer and has all my contacts and calender info on it. My PC at home has all my music on it. When I plug the phone into the PC I keep getting error messages about the apps installed on the phone. All the apps were installed via the MBP.

I have 'Sync only checked songs and videos' selected on the PC.

Anyone got any ideas to help me out here?
