hello all,
not sure if this is the right location for this question, apologies if it needs to be moved somewhere else. Here is my dilemma/question:

I have my iPhone synced to computer A. I am setting a media entertainment computer (computer B) with all music, videos, movies, photos, apps etc on it and would like my iPhone to now sync to computer B. i have copied over my entire iTunes library and even copied over the mobile sync folder to computer B.

But when i plug in my iPhone to computer B it doesn't recognize any previous sync. I am afraid if i sync the phone with computer B, i will lose all apps and info on the phone. (i didn't mention no apps transferred over into new iTunes library)

any suggestions on what to do?

Apple has a support document on how to move an iTunes library from one computer to another. I'll go look in a bit and come back with a link but I wanted to put this out quickly in case you want to go search before I can. :)
