So far after much searching I can't find the best way to do this.
My problem: If I update an address or phone number on my phone I have the option when I sync in iTunes to either "Replace" the information in my iPhone Contacts which will wipe out the changes I have made OR "Merge" the information which will keep the changes I have made but also add the old information back. Unless I remember the people whose contacts I have changed and do it in Outlook before a sync I get a lot of old info back on my iPhone.
I had a BB before this and the option you chould check before a sync was update to the phone, update from the phone, merge or ask about changes (which would bring up the dates of the changes for each contact along with the info so you could pick).
Is there a better way to do this, some software or a plug in I should look at?
